The developments prioritize a pedestrian-friendly scale, with all parking and hotel drop-off centered around a common courtyard, serving as the focal point for parking access and service functions. The hotel offers views of a southern park and a landscaped courtyard shared with the office building to the north. The office building, positioned as a landmark corner, enhances the project’s visibility along two major roads, employing color and form in its facade to create a memorable and distinctive corner.
